Heath and Reach P3
Heath and Reach is a small village near Leighton Buzzard in the county of Bedfordshire. It is surrounded by sand quarries, some working and some restored to a natural state, and nearby are beautiful woodlands.
Go Green, now called Heath and Reach P3, is a group of volunteers from the village whose main aims are to protect, conserve and promote the environment and the green spaces within our parish. We invite people of all ages to join us in caring for the village and its surroundings.
Go Green also known as P3 (People Paths Partnership). We arrange regular guided walks, help towards footpath maintenance, and provide information about the rights of way within the parish.
Go Green helps to maintain the Millennium Garden as well as keeping the bus shelters looking neat and tidy. Regular litter picking activities also take place.
We hold meetings throughout the year and interested villagers are welcome to join us.

Calling those of all ages and abilities who like to walk or enjoy getting out into the countryside. The Parish of Heath and Reach has a network of paths and bridleways not only suitable for able walkers, but some for those who want short circular walks or have buggies, dogs, mobility scooters and wheelchairs. There are also cycle paths. The paths go through woodland, cross farmland go through nature reserves and go around the sand quarries (not within them). Some have beautiful views of the surrounding area from the ridge above the village. Come and see for yourselves. Don't have a car? The Arriva 150 bus from Aylesbury and Milton Keynes brings you to the middle of the village, a good place to start.
